Cancellation and Refund Policy

Things come up, plans change, and sometimes you need to cancel, it's a part of life. Space Coast Fishing Charters LLC understands this and will fully refund your deposit should you need to cancel up to 72 hours before your scheduled trip. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled trip will be non-refundable. Cancellations due to weather will be offered a rain check or refunded at the captain's discretion, he won't be unsafe, but he doesn't mind getting wet. Failure to show up within 1 hour of scheduled trip without notification will be considered a cancellation and the deposit will be non-refundable.
